Opportunity to connect with major manufacturing facilities, System Integrators, and deliver industry-leading vision brands such as IDS (Germany), CCS (Japan), Kowa (Japan).

Open Positions & Detailed Responsibilities
1. B2B Client Acquisition & Pipeline Expansion
Engage manufacturing plants and System Integrators across industrial manufacturing sectors.
2. Technical Solution Consultation & Proof-of-Concept
Understand client technical requirements and consult IDS Cameras, CCS Lighting, Kowa Lenses, sensors.
3. Commercial Quotation & Account Management
Generate quotations, negotiate commercial contracts, and deliver post-sale customer care.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for passionate engineers with strong foundation, problem-solving skills, and dedication:
- College / Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration with technical aptitude.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales or Application Engineering looking to transition into technical sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated work ethic.
- English technical catalog reading and conversational communication capability.
